Piano Haute Couture dresses up pianos in luxe fabrics

We’ve seen some good customized Piano’s such as Whaletone Piano and Yokishi’s Crystal Piano last year. But the Piano Haute Couture is a brilliant concept that we’ve never come close to seeing before. It is a joint venture by restorer Serge Delbouis and piano tuner and upholsterer Philippe Marchandot. Each piece requires about 600 hours of careful work in compiling the metal frames, chrome metal parts, fitting fussy dressing, and hand stitching. They have done a fabulous job in restoring an old Pleyel piano and transforming it into a work of beauty by cladding it with luxurious silver fabric from JAB.
