Survey reveals America’s millionaires are on the rise again


The recovery of the American economy has not just affected the luxury goods market but the American millionaires as well. According to a survey by Spectrem, the number of families in the United States with assets of at least six zeros has reached 7.8 million in 2009. There is a rise of almost 16% in millionaires since the last survey. This rise has been attributed mainly to the rebound of the stock market. What is more, according to the survey families with a net worth of $5million dollars too, have increased by 17% since 2008.
