The Macallan Masters of Photography: Annie Leibovitz Edition comprising of four special whiskies unveiled


The Macallan collaboration with Annie Leibovitz for the latest Masters of Photography captured Kevin McKidd in four iconic images shot against dramatic backdrops in and around New York City. Kevin McKidd who will feature on this series for his rugged good looks also has a history with Macallan. He grew up a few miles away from the distillery and even worked there when he was young. The latest edition of the Master of Photography series comprises of 1,000 limited edition bottles of which 4 different versions are available. Each bottle uses one of the four single cask variants, released for the first time, and is presented in a bespoke photo-archival box, stamped with The Macallan brand and Annie Leibovitz’s name.

There will also be four individually customized bottles of The Macallan 1949 – the year Leibovitz was born – from the Fine and Rare Collection will also be released. Following a world exhibition tour through Moscow, Hong Kong, and New York, the bottle will be available with a signed one-off gallery print for a reserve price of $25,000.
