The Martell XO Architect Edition by Christian de Portzamparc will be exclusive to Duty free shops in Asia


Christian de Portzamparc is an architect who normally designs high-rise buildings and hotels. When an architect of such high caliber teams up with Martell, you are bound to get hold of something very rare, and limited. The Martel XO Architect aims to create a unique cognac drinking experience and come in a high-end design case with mahogany glow light effects. The 2,550-limited stock of bottles will be available exclusively to travelers at the Hong Kong international airport from September 2012. It will go on sale in Macau and Taiwan from December before hitting the shelves in Kuala Lumpur in 2013.

The price is still not confirmed for this fine drink but with gold making its mark on the bottleneck, cork and label the cognac promises to flatter you with it impeccable packaging and quite obviously, its taste.
