World’s most expensive and rare gold Lego brick goes on sale

Well, this Lego brick that glitters, is in fact 14-carat gold! If you are looking for a Lego collective that yells bling, then BrickEnvy, has come out with the world’s most expensive Lego. The 2×4 Lego brick, is made out of 25.65 grams of 14-carat gold and is retailing at $15,000 a piece. Handed out as a gift of appreciation to special Lego employees at the Hohenwestedt, Germany factory between 1979 and 1981.
The rare brick is available in its original plastic box with the LEGO logo which was in use at the time.
