A $195 million Beverly Hills estate with its own vineyard, 27-car garage and spa becomes America’s most expensive home

The residential real estate in America has hit a new high water mark, courtesy the massive Beverly Hills estate that has hit the market for a jaw-dropping $195 million. The Palazzo di Amore or “Palace of Love” has become the newest most expensive home listing in the country after real estate mogul Jeff Greene publicly listed the 25-acre property on sale. The enormous property has a total 53,000 square feet of interior space and boasts 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms and a 27-car garage. That’s far more than any of the most expensive homes in America.

most-expensive-house-palazzo-9An Italian-made fountain carved of Carrara marble is positioned in the middle of the front entrance pavilion. The mansion can host up to 1,000 people who can swim in a 128-foot reflecting pool, unwind in a Turkish-style spa and walk through the gardens.

most-expensive-house-palazzo-4The Palazzo di Amore is the eight-year project of Jeff Greene, who married his wife Mei Sze Greene at the California property in 2007, with Mike Tyson acting as his best man. It features more than 35,000 square feet of living space, including a two-story entrance hall with two sweeping staircases and a detached guesthouse.

The property also has a 13,000-bottle wine cellar that comes complete with bottles of syrah, cabernet and sauvignon blanc, amongst other wines.
