A look at the world’s most expensive apartment at Monaco’s Tour Odéon, in film

If you recall, last year Monaco made headlines for an upcoming penthouse that’d be the world’s most expensive. Taking the ultra prime city-state back into the news is that very same apartment, only this time in film. Designed by Monegasque architect Alexandre Giraldi, and with interiors by the esteemed late designer Alberto Pinto, the massive property is housed within the country’s tallest building, Tour Odéon.

Spread across 3,400m2, the penthouse is a whopping 5 stories and offers spectacular vistas even for its glitzy location. As part of a 70-apartment strong building, it comes with never before seen, fully-serviced living, a.k.a. multiple pools, chauffeured limousines, private cinema and other hotel-style perks at the touch of an integrated-screen button. While 25 homes have been snapped up already despite their price tags of close to €75,000 ($96,000)/m2, there’s some talk suggesting the penthouse isn’t formally released yet and that it is likely to be in the previously estimated range of €240m (over $300m).
