IFA Hotels & Resorts (IFA HR), an acclaimed name in the field of property development, have announced one of the largest projects on The Palm Jumeirah’s Crescent – Kingdom of Sheba. The resort will cover 141,500 sq. meters in a prime location on The Crescent of The Palm Jumeirah, adjacent to the renowned Atlantis development. The kingdom of Sheba will be managed by the Fairmont Hotels and will include residences, a hotel, a private residence club, a vacation club, and a retail plaza (Souq). The combined value of the resort is in excess of US$1 billion and will be completed by mid-2010. The architecture will predominantly be Arabic. Be ready to cough up about a million US$ to seven million for villas and penthouses which will all have sea views. The Fairmont Kingdom of Sheba, a hotel with 550 rooms, will allow guests to enjoy extensive conference facilities, outdoor leisure amenities including a private beach and pool complex, a sports club, a children’s activity center, and a Willow Stream Spa.
Fairmont Heritage Place-Kingdom of Sheba, The residential component-Balqis Residence, Fairmont managed health and sports clubs on The Palm Jumeirah, Fairmont Vacation Club, Kingdom of Sheba and the Souq will provide the people with a variety of facilities.
