Jack Nicholson puts up his Victorian Aspen home on sale

Aspen has been home to several celebs, but now Three-time Oscar superstar Jack Nicholson has decided to bid adieu to the starry-eyed neighborhood. Reports suggest that Nicholson has put up his Aspen home called as the Newberry House on sale. Built in 1895 for William Shaw, the classic Victorian dwelling sports green gables along with a 2 1/2-story wood frame, and a large veranda.

Spanning into 5,790 square feet the palatial home looks over Hallam Lake located at Aspen’s West End. It features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and has a spacious 12,000 square foot parking lot to house all your precious luxury rides. The home is listed at $15 million.
