He has joined hands with Lamborghini Miami, and both brands believe this will be good for business. The Miami beach development ‘South of Fifth’ is surely gathering a lot of publicity due to this gimmick. We know that times are hard for both the housing and automotive market, so this strategy is rather ambitious. A four-bedroom unit here costs $6.5 million, and this number starts looking way sweeter with a Lamborghini coming with it.
There are 28 units available right now. They range from 2,500 to 6,200 square feet and $6 to $8 million and include two penthouses with private rooftop pools, two two-story beach house villas with four bedrooms and maids quarters, and three four-bedroom beachfront units with maids quarters. Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder costs $260,000. It’s not the price but the brand name that is bound to lure buyers.
