Top architect, lawyers and designers will oversee the transformation of these properties into a 33,000 square feet luxurious mansion. One can only imagine the interiors of this as it will house 13 rooms, a spa, a heated swimming pool, beauty salon, a gymnasium, massage areas, children’s floor, nanny’s quarters and the butler’s quarters.

Heated kitchen seats will keep its inhabitants warm in winter and during summer the Italianate gardens can be done up to resemble a ballroom. Guests will be given a choice of bedrooms and can enjoy a smoke in the cigar room and drink the choiciest wines from the ‘wine cave’. In a mansion of this size, the lights will be controlled by an Ipad and the numerous staff will be given quarters within the mansion itself.
