World’s most expensive home per square foot is up for sale in Hong Kong at $105.67 million

From the crowd of skyscrapers, ancestral villages, neo-colonial architecture to enough dimsums to last a lifetime, Hong Kong has long been favored by visitors and wealthy buyers alike. As Hong Kong’s property prices continue to soar, Sun Hung Kai Properties has put an ultra-luxe penthouse from its latest luxury development Twelve Peaks on sale for HK$820 ($105.67) million.

The luxury home is located in the city’s exclusive Victoria Peak district. It is one of the 12 luxury homes listed by the developer at Twelve Peaks in 12 Mount Kellett Road in Hong Kong. For HK $175,000 ($ 22,500) per square foot, the property doesn’t offer much floor space for its price but does come with some premium offerings.
