The latest version of the eternally desired Merc is now traversing through the phase where enthusiasts leap and jump and dig and yelp every time they come across its images. So here’s some joy for those who have been drooling in anticipation for the Benz SL 65 AMG. We have a video out here and a picture of it too. The car is empowered by a 6 liter twin-turbo V12 engine. The five speed engine produces a total power of 661 horsepower and a torque of 738 lb-ft. The body styling somehow reminds me of another super car label that prefers curves to flat surfaces. And of course, the touch of black is always something worth looking forward to driving.
The 2009 Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG Black Series can scale its speed up to 60 mph from a standstill point in just 3.9 seconds. The top speed is a modest 199 mph. So, gearing up for a test drive?
