2012 Mercedes-Benz SLK Roadster to be launched at Geneva Motor Show

The Mercedes-Benz SLK Roadster 2012 will be unveiled next month at the Geneva Motor Show and will be no short of brilliance. It comes packed with a special feature called the ‘Magic Sky Control’ center panel. This ‘trick glass panel’ uses LCD-type technology that goes from mostly clear to opaque depending on the voltage offered. It takes just a few seconds. The initial launch will feature the SLK 350 with a 3.5 litre V6 engine with 302 horsepower and later a SLK 250 with a turbo-charged, direct-injected 1.8litre four-cylinder one with 201 horsepower.
