$400,000 Lamborghini Huracán burned down to ashes in a bizarre gas station incident

For every car lover there’s nothing more horrifying than to see a beautiful and rare exotic supercar being destroyed due to utter foolishness of someone. Recently, a woman in China totaled a rented Ferrari 458 with her dumb skills behind the wheel. But in a new incident, a beautiful Lamborghini Huracán Performante was burned down to ashes in the United States; however, not by the driver of the Italian supercar but a dolt who forgot to pull out the fuel nozzle before driving off a gas station. A Facebook user uploaded a set of photos along with a video in which a blue colored Lamborghini can be seen on fire at a gas station.

The user, Parker Gelber, owns the red Lamborghini Gallardo Performante parked right in front of the Huracán. Gelber in the Facebook post said said that he pulled into the gas station with his Lambo and then his friend with a blue Lambo pulled in behind him. They both went inside the gas station and then saw “a massive fireball out the window.” After dialing 911, Gelber found that the blue Lamborghini was “completely burned down” while his red Lamborghini was “covered in ash” from the fire. It was a video posted by a bystander that managed to capture the entire event and had the clue on what started the fire. The video shows a minivan driving away from the station with the nozzle still in its tank. The hose comes lose and ends up spraying gas on the engine bay of the Lamborghini turning the Italian supercar into fireball. No one was thankfully injured in the incident, but the Huracán could not be saved; the red Lamborghini Gallardo Performante had a lucky escape.
