Bentley’s limited edition ‘SZR by Mulliner’ is exclusive to the UAE

To celebrate the opening of the largest Bentley showroom in the world on Sheikh Zayed Road (SZR) in Dubai, the British luxury carmaker has released a special edition variant of the Continental GTC V8 S, specifically for the UAE market. Mulliner, Bentley’s bespoke coachbuilding division, has designed the exclusive ‘SZR by Mulliner’ edition which is limited to only three examples and is priced at Dh 1,142,000 (approximately $310,000). The special edition comes fitted with a special body kit, unique tread-plates bearing the car’s name and finished in an exclusive livery of “orange flame” and “ghost white” paintwork. The special touches on the exterior are beautifully complemented by the 21” six twin spoke black machined rims.

Stephen Reynolds, Regional Director at Bentley Motors, commented: “We wanted to do something special for our loyal UAE customers, and these one-off Mulliner models offer a truly exclusive proposition, befitting such an important event in Bentley’s history and our partnership with Al Habtoor Motors.” On the inside on the car, a tri-tone interior can be found which required the creation of a new trim: Sparkle Carbon. This was developed from meshing three different fabrics – carbon fiber, copper foil and metal wire – which were then lacquered, polished and cut to size and applied to the fascia panel, console and instrument panel. Mechanically, the special edition is exactly the same as the standard model.
