FAB1 Rolls-Royce Ghost Extended Wheelbase supports Breast Cancer Care

If you thought after all the extended wheelbase, two-door coupe, art deco, wedding edition and Arabian nights version the best luxury car of 2012 is done and dusted, well guess again. Yet another bespoke Rolls Royce Ghost is in the works, this time it’s called the FAB1. Furthering the FAB1 Million project, this latest Ghost Extended Wheelbase pays homage to Lady Penelope’s car in Thunderbirds, and also makes a stand in support of Breast Cancer Care. The feminine car reeks of pink, right from the hand-embroidered ribbon motif on the headrests, to the treadplates and accented umbrella.

Apart from the extra leg room thanks to the extended wheel base, the car packs in “hand veneered picnic tables, 9.2 inch LCD screens and a champagne coolbox”. Those who enjoy good acoustics, have a “10-channel amplifier and 16 speakers delivering 600 Watts of surround sound” to keep company. Just sit back and relax into the “sumptuous leather seats and lambswool footmats” as you get steered to your destination.

The project has the blessings of UK-based DJ Chris Evans, and aims to raise £1 million for Breast Cancer Care by putting up the custom-made Ghost on hire for the next twelve month. Mother’s day is just around the corner; want to take her on a joy ride?
