Ferrari debuts exclusive gilded P540 Superfast Aperta

Ferrari officially unveiled the one-off P540 Superfast Aperta this weekend at the Cavallino Classic in Palm Beach, Florida. The exclusive Aperta (Italian for window) was commissioned and partly developed by Edward Walson, son of John Walson, the inventor of cable TV. The car was produced by Pininfarina and Ferrari’s Special Projects division. The sleek P540 is a more aggressive and masculine take on its donor car, the GT. Matching tech specs with the 599, this beauty however flaunts an extremely unique exterior. Thanks to the bold gold paint job, this carbon fiber beauty is hard to miss. The car also flaunts black and carbon fiber accent elements. The sleek open top car is definitely a collector’s edition.
