It’s Lamborghini Day as 10,000th Lamborghini rolls out of factory

Ever wondered just how many Lamborghini Gallardo’s are out there on the streets? Well we have the official figure for you. As of June 25th, 2010, there are exactly 10,000 Lamborghini Gallardo’s speeding on various roads. On the aforementioned date Lamborghini rolled out its 10,000th Luc Donckerwolke-designed sports car off the factory line. This landmark number caused workers at the factory to call June 25th, Lamborghini Day. The momentous occasion was celebrated by the workers by posing for a photo with 10,000th Midas yellow car. The super car has been declared Top Gear’s Dream Car of the Year twice (2006 and 2009), and currently boasts a top speed of 201 miles per hour and can reach from 0 to 60 in just 3.8 seconds.
