Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder finally debuts at the Los Angeles Auto Show


The Los Angeles Auto Show this year sure has shown a lot of promise from all the major luxury car giants. After Jaguar, Mercedes-Benz we finally know for sure what the Lamborghini Gallardo LP 550-2 Spyder, is all about. As speculated, the new car is a convertible version of the Gallardo LP 550-2, and unlike Gallardo LP 550-2 Valentino Balboni edition, this one will not be a limited edition version. The can comes with a 542 horsepower engine that boasts 398 pound-feet of torque of V-10 thrust and a six-speed e-gear transmission that lets the car hit 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds with top speeds of 198 mph.

The changes to the design include a new rear-wheel drive configuration with different damper settings to ensure better dynamics, thanks to the change in design and drive style. The car sports 19-inch wheels and will be up for grabs by summer next year.
