We we’re still reeling from the radical design behind the Ducati XDiavel from a few weeks ago, we have yet another design from the bike-makers that is set to impress. The Ducati Scrambler Italia Independent is a collaboration between Ducati and, you guessed it, Italia Independent. The latter is a company that has consistently surprised the world with its blend of releases that infuse fashion and design. The bike looks stunningly macho and will arrive in a limited edition of just 1077 examples.
The original Scrambler has its characteristics that made it a desirable pair of wheels and the Italia Independent rendition that we see here has borrowed just the right attributes. An aluminum plate laser marks the serial number of the bike, the logo of the Ducati Scrambler Italia Independent and is complemented by a Night-Copper frame and wheels.
Keeping the black to the max, the engine has been coated with black as well and offers machined cylinder head fins and exposes other details without interfering with the design of the bike’s side. We love the low-slung aluminum rear view mirrors. The other black accents across the body of the bike can be seen in the leather seat, the Termignoni exhaust pipes, the silencer covers, low tapered bars and the mudguards. It’s basically a Ducati bathed in Night Copper.
Rest assured, you will be treated to the rear LED lights and LCD instruments that are synonymous with the Ducati Scrambler.
