Maserati shows its dark side with the Nerissimo Editions of Ghibli,Quattroporte and Levante

At the 88th edition of the Geneva Motor Show, Maserati has launched the dark Ghibli, Quattroporte and Levante Nerissimo Editions that feature a murdered out theme, inside out. The Nerissimo Editions (meaning ‘very black’), making their European debut alongside the lightly updated versions of the GranTurismo and GranCabrio, sport a menacing black exterior with black chrome trim on the grille, trident logo and side vents. The Ghibli and Quattroporte also have tinted LED headlights, while the Levante compact SUV features black fog light surrounds and black painted skid plates. All the three models come with either 20- or 21-inch alloy wheels with a gloss black or dark finish.

It’s the same story on the inside with the cabin decked out in black colored upholstery and trim; although there’s an optional carbon fiber interior trim on the Ghibli and Quattroporte. The Ghibli comes equipped with heated sports seats along with a heated sport steering wheel and Dark Mirror trim, while the Quattroporte has tinted windows, a rearview camera and a power trunk lid. Finally, The Levante SUV includes heated front and rear Sport seats, quad-zone automatic climate control, power foot pedals and the Easy Entry system. All three cars now also get electric power steering in place of hydraulic systems as part of their 2018 model year update.
