Maserati has finally leaped to bridge the gap between road and race models. With their latest beauty, the MC Stradale, Maserati enters the world of powerful performance machines without compromising on luxury. The MC Stradale, the ultimate version of the awesome GranTurismo will make its debut at the Paris Motor Show next week. According to Maserati, the MC Stradale will be the fastest, lightest, and most powerful car in the Maserati range when it goes on sale in the first quarter of 2011.
To give the MC straddle its racing car appearance, Maserati tuned the chassis, aero and engine to more closely resemble the levels attained on racing versions like the MC Trofeo spec racer and the GT4 competition model. The engine has been boosted to churn out 450 hp and the car is all set to reach speeds over 300km/h. Modena further claims increased down force without a commensurate increase in drag.
We will have to wait for the car’s Paris debut to get more information. So keep watching this space for more info on this latest beauty from Maserati.
