It was funny that a floating bus was grounded for an unnecessary air bag, but the Amphibious Bus is out of its troubled waters now. Back on the testing track this huge yellow floating school bus seems to be made keeping in mind the frequent floods during heavy rains. But instead of merely being used as an evacuation vessel, the buses would also be used as ferries! But come to think of it, with a price tag of $1.09 million a bus, no government would wait for a calamity to occur, but instead would want to make good the calamites arising due to the massive costs, right?
