The 141 meters long Dream Symphony is the largest sailing yacht in the world


The World’s largest sailing yacht is 141 meters longs and it’s rightly called the Dream Symphony, by Dream Ship Victory. Not only she the world’s largest sailing yacht to be built, the best part is that she’s all wooden too! The concept for the ship was first presented at the Monaco Yacht Show on the Dykstra & Partners stand. Helping to make this dream into reality will be a team of experienced professionals Valeriy G. Stepanenko, who is the owner of DSV and has created the project concept, Gerard Dijkstra and Thys Nikkels from Dykstra & Partners, and Ken Freivokh from KFD. The final stages of construction will commence in 2011. Dream Ship Victory is said to have enough expeience to create huge wooden yachts with the 65 meter long Mikhail Vorontsov, 55 meter long Maria and the 42 meter long Imagination ships.
