Emirates joins hands with BMW for a new fleet of Chauffeur-driven cars

If you are traveling business class, being transported to your flight by a Volvo or an ordinary car would only seem mismatched. Understanding that lavish in-flight experiences are often kick-started by extraordinary on-ground services is Dubai’s Emirates that recently teamed up with BMW to provide a fleet of luxury automobiles as a complimentary Chauffeur-drive service for Business Class passengers in the UAE.

The brand-new line of cars will include the BMW 520i Touring series that will be rolled out by Emirates starting now until the end of the year. The choice of the 520i Touring seems legit considering that is the ‘most connected vehicle in its segment’, with options such as a WLAN hotspot for mobile devices, wireless charging, and a substantial luggage space. The Dubai-based airline will introduce the stunning new fleet of cars as part of the Complimentary ground transfer service that will be made available to customers traveling in first or business class.

The decision to upgrade its transport options is triggered by Emirates’ ongoing investment in product and service both on the ground and on board. The exclusive service is currently available in over 75 Emirates destinations worldwide, and it perfectly complements the airline’s ‘worldwide lounge offering with seven located in Dubai International Airport’s concourses A, B and C, and 34 dedicated Emirates Lounges in other major airports across the globe. All said Emirates certainly knows how to spoil its passengers silly!
