Ferrari Store opens in New York


Just recently, Ferrari’s New York store opened its doors to the public. Situated on the corner of Park Avenue and 55th street, with windows on Park Avenue, this Ferrari store is the 37th store worldwide store of Ferrari. The 200 square foot store sits smartly next to the Ferrari showroom. As expected the opening of the store was a gala event attended by the high profile Ferrari folks and customers. Also present were New York’s elite as well Hollywood celebrities such as Zach Braff, Kiera Chaplin, Justin Theroux and fashion designer Prabal Gurung. Relevant cars in Ferrari’s history such as the 1959 250 California and a 1984 GTO, together with the current range like the brand new 458 Italia, the Ferrari California, the 612 Scaglietti, and the special limited 599 GTO made for a unique display at this opening event.


The smart store has been designed by Italian architecture and design firm Studio Iosa Ghini and evokes the speed of a Formula One car. A white glass front wall lures passersby into the store with videos and graphic panels, allowing clear views to the inside of the store. Once inside you are sure to be dazzled by the display case showcasing a crankshaft, valves and a piston as well as the Cavallino collection of accessories and sportswear that adorn the space. Besides clothing, the store offers a range of Ferrari products including lifestyle products, fan collections dedicated to Formula 1 and GT enthusiasts, as well as miniatures and models from each era.
The Ferrari Store pays tribute to the brands 60-year history of racing and luxury. This store is a must visit for every Ferrari fan.
