Golden Eagle Luxury Trains debuts new tour of Great Britain

Luxury trains have been enjoying something of a resurgence in their popularity lately. More and more travelers have made it their mission to celebrate the journey and not just the destination. Golden Eagle Luxury Trains is now capitalizing on this with the introduction of their new 14 day Best of Britain Tour. The company usually offers journeys across parts of Europe and Asia so this tour of Britain is a first.

The trip begins this October and celebrates the 10th anniversary of the Tornado, a historic steam locomotive. This locomotive will pull 10 carriages of the Belmond Royal Scotsman. The intricately designed luxury carriages can accommodate 38 passengers in 10 staterooms each of which is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
