The city’s Grade A office space now charges an annual price of $192 per square foot, that is up from $142 from the year before. The statistics was released by Colliers International who has reported that London was ranked second with a cost of $133 a square foot. The list is then followed by Tokyo, Paris and the City of London. As is typical in the real estate segment, analysts expect the prices to further increase, some to as much as 25 per cent by the second half of this year.
