Richard Branson’s Ulusaba Safari Lodge has a bespoke iPad Concierge App for Guests

After scoring high with his terrestrial and spatial luxury enterprises, it is only Sir Richard Branson who could know how to please his guests staying at his Hotels, with no stone unturned. The Ulusaba in South Africa has a unique personalized concierge service for guests with in-room iPads. A bespoke app developed by Gourmet Pixel for Virgin Limited Edition has been made available to selected rooms and suites in Rock Lodge for guests to make the most of their time at the luxury resort. The app encompasses everything right from the information on the property, the Game, the Rangers/Trackers, and features in-depth information about the area and interactive games for kids.

A message center will keep the guests updated about the upcoming events on the day at Ulusaba, suitable clothing suggestions, and wake-up calls. The guests at Ulusaba could also use the app to email postcards to their friends and family at home and leave feedback for the team catering to them.
