Fancy spending a luxurious night in one of the pods of the London Eye?

Have you ever dreamt of waking up to the bells of Big Ben? Then you should read this.

A beautiful symbol of modern London, the London Eye gave the capital city’s skyline a dramatic new addition and has been offering guests a new perspective on London ever since opening in 2000. Boasting spectacular views of the city and its plethora of monuments, the London Eye will convert one of its pods to a pop-up hotel suite – for one night only: March 30th.

Forget buying a ticket, waiting in line, or fighting for a good view. On March 30th, one lucky winner and their chosen guest will climb aboard this exclusive sky-high home from TripAdvisor Rentals, decorated by Canadian home brand Wayfair. Check-in for the winners will be available at 5:30 pm, with the Eye open for business as usual until 6 pm. That’s when the largest ferris wheel in the world will become your private residence in the sky.
Surrounded by a panorama of the city’s most famous landmarks, this sky-high sleepover promises a night like no other. Imagine cracking open champagne 135 meters above the city streets with a 360° view and enjoying dinner in the comfort of your own suite.

Decorated by Wayfair, penthouse luxe meets jungle cool in this dazzling pad in the sky. Designed as a five-star rain forest getaway, this enchanting glasshouse combines natural elements with urban style. Lush green foliage, trailing fairy lights, and tropical touches abound, while a plush bed and luxury linens bring a whole new meaning to sleeping under the stars. It’s like a secret rooftop garden—only this one has views of one of the world’s iconic cities from every angle.

TripAdvisor Rentals spokesperson Laurel Greatrix said: “To have a rental in such an iconic landmark is an extension of what TripAdvisor Rentals can offer travelers every day, whether it’s a glamorous beach house, a downtown flat, a tiny home or a treehouse in the jungle.”

At 135m, the London Eye is the world’s largest cantilevered observation wheel. But after nearly two decades and 60 million visitors, you could make history as the first to wake up above London as the sun rises over the Thames, the Houses of Parliament, and St. Paul’s Cathedral. You might have seen London from high up, but no one has experienced it like this.

The dreamy experience will be followed by a three-night stay in a posh West London home, so you can continue to explore all the landmarks you’ve seen from the sky.

Entry to the competition is only available to legal residents of the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom. If coming from overseas, return flights will be provided too. Visit the contest website and submit basic identification details by March 19 for a chance to win this extraordinary night in London.

And even if you don’t win, no visit to London should exclude a trip on the London Eye. It has won over 85 awards for national and international tourism, outstanding architectural quality and engineering achievement. In fact, it has become the UK’s most popular paid-for visitor attraction. If not a night, you can at least spend 30 minutes up in the sky.
