Maurice Lacroix unveils new Masterpiece Le Chronographe

The name Maurice Lacroix represents decades of experience in the making of quality watches. Maurice Lacroix is unveiling the newest Masterpiece Le Chronographe at Baselworld. Encased in a 45mm stainless steel with double sapphire, this timepiece uses ML 106-2 manufacture movement. The dial is sterling silver with an anthracite finish and Superluminova coating. The most significant innovation is the use of a release lever, which guarantees the optimum functioning of the chronograph wheel. It features a stop second so that when the crown is pulled out, the balance halts and the second’s hand stops so the watch can be set accurately to the second.

It also integrates a reinterpretation of the chronograph sequence that Maurice Lacroix has already registered a patent. Gold-plated wheels, a Maurice Lacroix logo engraved in a shade matching the bridges, and a generously proportioned coil-shaped decorative motif complete the look. The movement has 20 jewels and beats at 18,000 bph.
