Movado introduces two smartwatch collections, raises bar for luxe smartwatches


We have heard smartwatches coming from the house of Tag Heuer and Breitling and to join the parade is the Movado smartwatch. In fact, the brand has launched more than one line of smartwatches to cater to audiences across Apple and Android platforms.

The Movado Swiss Museum Motion line offers the MotionX-365 watch that is powered by Fullpower Technologies. Catering to both sexes the watches carry the designs excellence you can expect from Movado and blends in the advantages of technology with it. The men’s model is labelled Museum Sport while the women’s model goes by the name of Bellina. Both these are available in more than one version to satisfy the tastes of Movado loyalists who want to explore the world of smartwatches.

As it goes with smartwatches, users will be treated to a number of value-adding features. They will now be able to keep track of the sleep cycles and sleep tracking activity as well as enjoy get-active alerts and dynamic coaching. The watch thus goes from being a timepiece to a guide. The line extends to about six watches in all, each with automatic world clock with date and time functions. The battery that comes with it can power the watch up for two years. The Movado Swiss Museum Motion range commences from $995.

The other line is called the Movado Bold Motion series that is seemingly trendier. This has been developed in collaboration with HP and offers technological advancements provided by the latter. The range commences from $695.
