2015 Rolex Yacht-Master ‘Everose’ arrives exclusively with an innovative Oysterflex bracelet

Baselworld, the year’s second major watch fair featuring the biggest names in the world of haute horology, begins today and Rolex will arrive at the expo with a very attractive and sporty new version of the Rolex Yacht-Master timepiece. Dubbed the Rolex Yacht-Master “Everose,” the new iteration features an 18ct Everose gold Oyster case and a new Cerachrom insert in black ceramic, with polished raised numerals on a matte black background. The new Yacht‑Master will be offered in two sizes: 40 mm and a new 37 mm diameter.

rolex-yacht-master-1The 18k Everose gold Yacht-Master case is matched to an innovative Oysterflex bracelet developed and patented by Rolex and exclusive to this timepiece. The avant-garde bracelet combines the robustness and reliability of a metal bracelet with the flexibility, comfort and aesthetics of a rubber strap. At its core lies a superelastic metal blade overmoulded with high-performance black elastomer. The bracelet resembles a rubber strap, while its resistance is comparable to that of a metal bracelet. The pricing has not been revealed as of yet.
