1937 Bugatti sold for about $7.92 mn at auction

Who said that there aren’t any classic Bugattis around? Have a look at Dr. Peter and Susan Williamson Collection. California’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance saw the auction of a 1937 model of a Bugatti at the Gooding & Co.’s auto auction. It was one of the collections of Dr. Peter and Susan Williamson Collection that’s already world-famous for the Bugattis that they have under their belt. The buyer managed to win a bid of $7.92 million! It won’t really be wise to get this one out on the road in the current day but it will surely adorn someone’s collage of vintage cars. The next highest price was $2.2 million for a 1950 Ferrari 166 MM Berlinetta Le Mans. This may give a huge complex to those overpriced supercars by some big names in the business.
