Girard Perregaux’s World Wide Time Control watch for Green Auction


Everyone is concerned about the environment, even watchmakers who spare no time to create beautiful pieces of art. Swiss Haute Horlogerie manufacture Girard-Perregaux is donating an exclusive watch the ww.tc (worldwide time control) Chronograph for Green Auction’ to Christie’s “Bid to Save the Earth” Green Auction. The exclusive GP033CO features date functions with world time indication. It comes with sapphires, circular graining on the main plate, Côtes de Genève on the bridges, and oscillating weight or blued steel screws. Also, to honor the Green Auction, the 24-hour ring is decorated with a green and white contrast. The event is being held today at the Rockefeller Center in New York City. The bidding for the watch ends on April 7.
