The most expensive car in the world, the 1936 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic finds a new owner!

Another record gets broken. Surpassing the 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, a 1936 Bugatti 57SC Atlantic became the world’s most expensive car to be auctioned off by automobile auction house Gooding & Company. Originally under the possession of renowned car collector Dr. Peter D. Williamson, the car has now been sold to the Mullin Automotive Museum in Oxnard, Ca.

Considered to be paradigm in French deco styling, this European art on wheels is touted to have fetched a sum falling between $30million and $40million.
