Armani/Casa to launch its first US luxury residence in Miami

The Armani/ Case Interior Design Studio which already has several branded residential properties including the World Towers in India and the Macka Residences in Istanbul, is now all set to design its first North American project. The design studio has teamed up with South Florida developers Dezer Development and the construction company Related Group for the interior design of a residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. The 60-storey residential tower is designed by Argentinean-American architect César Pelli, who is best known for his Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, and also created the Adrienne Arsht Center in Miami.

The residential tower will house 260 luxury oceanfront residences. Each of the 5 residences per floor will have a minimum 10-foot ceiling with floor to ceiling glass and oversized balconies. The residences will be offered beginning in floor plans starting at approximately 1,350 square feel to just over 3,700 square feet. To be priced from $1.35 million to $5.6 million, the floor plans are offered in 2,3,4-bedroom plans. The residential tower will also include three floors of private cabanas, restaurant, fitness facility, a spa and oceanfront pool.
