In addition to offering all the opulence, the penthouse boasts spectaculars views of Central Park. Denise Rich, who has hosted celebrities like Stevie Wonder and Celine Dion in her apartment, said, ” I don’t need this type of space. My greatest hope is that the next family loves and enjoys this home as much as we did.” I guess we have to keep our fingers crossed and see what the penthouse sells for.
