London, one of the most expensive cities in the world, is constantly seeing a change in its skyline. When plans to build the tallest building in London were announced, there was a reason for much celebration. The 202 meters tall “Heron Tower” that is all set to open in 2011 will hold the title of London’s tallest building. However, the tower will enjoy this status for a short period only. Given the constantly changing skyline of London, this was but expected. In just two years of its opening, the Heron Tower will have to concede its title to another tall skyscraper Pinnacle.
Guess change is the only constant when it comes to the skyline of London.
