Eddie Murphy’s Ex-Wife Nicole owes a lot of money in taxes

When you have the 10th most expensive wedding in celebrity land, its natural a split will be even more high-priced. So when Eddie Murphy and his ex-wife Nicole drifted away, financial troubles had t o follow. A report from the National Enquirer reveals that Nicole has been on a spending spree, thanks to the $15 million settlement from the 2006 divorce. However, her tax outstanding has hit the roof with a staggering total of $846,630. Her Calabasas mansion has been on sale since 2007, and in 2009 it was listed at $8.495 million. But a look at the MLS lists the mansion at a meager $5.95 million. To top that off, she also owes a whooping $5 million on her Los Angeles-area home. Here’s hoping that she can ensure enough funds from her business called Friendship, Love and Peace.
