F 1 Carbon Fiber Wind Tunnel Miniature Helmets will hurt your wallet


For some reason, these sturdy F1 miniature bad boys remind us of Star Wars. Perhaps it’s because the pair of miniature carbon fiber wind tunnel helmets are mounted on aluminum bases. But they were really part of a bigger picture. They were used to research and develop the Tyrell Honda 020 F1 car raced by Satoru Nakajima during the 1991 F1 season. These 9” into 8.5” miniature twins weigh $6000 on the wallet.
