Famous British motorcycle brand Triumph is all set to take the India auto industry by storm, as the brand launches it’s first store in Bangalore. The company has tied up with Keerthi Motors in Bangalore and the showroom is located on St Marks Road.
The first dealership will be an ultra-modern showroom integrated with an after-sales service facility. Triumph has launched a range of 10 motorcycles starting from the Triumph Bonneville priced at Rs 5.7 lakh (ex-showroom) with the range-topping Rocket III priced at Rs 20 lakh. The entire range will be available at the showroom. The showroom will also have an array of Triumph merchandise, which includes riding gear, accessories and memorabilia. Soon, Triumph will open a showroom in each of the four southern states before expanding to other parts of the country, covering 90% of the super premium bike market in India. The company plans to open around 9 dealerships across the country.
Famous for it’s bikes like Rocket III Roadster, Bonneville and Tiger Explorer, Triumph aims to sell 500 bikes over the next six months, and take it to 1,000 units in 2015 and 1,500 units the year later.
