The words Jimmy Choo immediately conjure up images of pointy toes pumps, peep toe platforms and strappy sandals in our minds. But this instant picture association may change after you hear about the brand’s latest collaboration with the Italian shoe brand Moon Boot. Practical boots suited for extreme weather are the USP of Moon Boot, a far cry from the delicate and dainty confections that Jimmy Choo churns out- it goes without saying that this collaboration will be one to watch.
The limited edition collection created by the two brands will consist of 8 boots and will hit stores in October in preparation for a cold winter. The shoes will be sold at Jimmy Choo boutiques, select department stores and on Jimmy Choo and on Moon Boot’s websites. We don’t have much information about the designs in this collection, but we do know that materials such as shearling and fox fur will be incorporated into the boots.
