Loewe goes Technicolor with their Acids capsule collection handbags

Steeped in a rich history of fine craftsmanship, exquisite leatherwork, and innovative design, the Spanish brand Loewe has always set the bar high with their clothing and accessories, and their new collection of bags titled ‘the Acids Capsule Collection’ cement their status not just as talented leather craftsmen but also as masters of leather dying techniques. Inspired by the peacock bird, one of Loewe’s more iconic symbols, the Acids collection features its signature designs in cheerful, bright shades ranging from cool blues to happy yellows and fiery reds. The brand will flaunt its skill in leather dying by giving a rainbow makeover to two of their best-loved bags, the Amazona and the Duna. Both bags feature the addition of gold hardware like locks, clasps, and rings and are available in large and small sizes. The Acids Collection also includes wallets and pouches in bright hues.

While Academy Award-winning actress Penelope Cruz is the face of Loewe, the brand has chosen to showcase this collection beside a stone replica of the peacock bird that is the inspiration behind the vibrant colors. The Acids Capsule Collection will be available in stores in January.
