Anya Hindmarch’s limited edition vanity case for La Mer will set you back by over $3,000!

We’ve mentioned before that luxury skincare brand La Mer likes to put some thought and creativity into the presentation of their products. People don’t always judge books by their cover, but La Mer clearly takes no chances. The brand has roped in British accessories superstar Anya Hindmarch (of Gold crisp packet and cereal box clutch fame) to create a limited number of leather vanity boxes to house the brand’s cult favorite beauty product: The Concentrate.

A video released by La Mer outlines the three month process of crafting each vanity case. The box is hand crafted in Spain from wood and London Grain leather in a shade of green. London Grain leather is created by one of France’s leading artisanal tanneries. The vanity case contains several small compartments and drawers and features a special space for a bottle of La Mer’s The Concentrate which comes with the case.

The price tag of $3,250 seems a tad excessive, but that’s the price of exclusivity. At least you can take pride in the fact that only 39 of these bespoke boxes exist in the world and only three of them are in the USA. You can snag your own at Bergdorf Goodman or at La Mer online.
