If you’re feeling glum and could do with some colors in life, Louis Vuitton has got you covered – literally! The marquee recently launched its Fall 2021 collection that is painted in every hue of the rainbow. Talk about a colorful life!
Titled ‘A piece of the rainbow’, the ensemble is designed by Virgil Abloh and takes inspiration from the designer’s debut SS19 Louis Vuitton collection, which showcased a colorful runway with clothes to match.
It features a variety of outwear pieces including hoodies, pants, knitwear, shoes and accessories. However, eye-catching pieces of the collection for us include the padded lambskin Blouson and top stich with an all-over monogram topstitch (in shiny or matte black, green, orange or light blue.)
Other interesting pieces include solid-colored hooded and hoodless cashmere sweaters, solid colored cashmere beanies, acetate 1.1 Millionaires sunglasses in four new colors, and LV trainers available in orange, blue, yellow, purple, green, and white. The latter is made from calfskin leather and features a gel-injected rubber sole with the brand’s monogramed flowers.
Additionally, those looking for puffer jackets can further get their hands on the monochrome versions available in hues of purple, red, green, orange, yellow, and white. They come in both mismatched and color-blocked versions and can be paired with matching trousers from the collection for a complete look.
