Australian beauty, Margot Robbie is on a roll off late. After bowling us over with her stint in The Wolf of Wall Street and Suicide Squad, the stunning diva lately starred in and produced the Oscar-nominated film I, Tonya which also won her a nomination for the Best Actress at this year’s Academy Awards.
But the actress achievements do not stop right here. Recently, she was named as the official brand ambassador for Chanel and this we know is huge! Her love affair with the fashion Maison is no news as we have seen her flaunt many a Chanel gowns in the past. However, this is a first fashion biggie for Robbie as she has never endorsed a fashion brand of Chanel’s stature until now. At the recently held 2018 Oscar ceremony, the actress sported a fabulous Chanel haute couture gown, designed by the brand’s leading man, Karl Lagerfeld and this marked her beginning as a Chanel torchbearer.
While it is rumored that Robbie’s white Oscar gown fell open backstage causing a mini blunder of sorts, the actress seems to happily take on Chanel’s brand name on her shoulders. As part of her new role, she joins the league with Keira Knightley, Lily-Rose Depp and Caroline de Maigret, who have all been a part of the fashion house’s revered circle at some point in time. We can’t wait to see Robbie donning more of Chanel’s gorgeous creations in the future!
