Hermès Hermessence Paprika Brasil Collection

Who says that books don’t inspire people to smell better? Hermès are to release a new addition to its Hermessence collection which is to be known as Paprika Brasil. The perfume was created by the top Hermès parfumeur Jean Claude Ellena who also created Hermès’ latest fragrance Terre d’Hermès. Jean Claude Ellena was inspired by the book Tristes Tropiques written by Claude Lévi-Strauss in which the author discusses bois de braise from which the name Brasil is derived. The perfume is expected to have a rainforest like scent with hints of spices. The perfume will come packaged in a violet colored bottle.
