Although not a forerunner when it comes to suitcases, Louis Vuitton has grown to be a trusted name in the luggage department. Its fleet of bags combines aesthetic with quality and has thus won over several fashionistas and stylists over the years. In introducing a brand-new addition to its pre-existing ensemble, the brand recently unveiled the exquisite Monogram Titane Luggage Collection.
Presenting a twist to Louis Vuitton’s much-renowned Bisten series, the new Monogram Titane Luggage Collection sees the iconic range dressed up in a titanium external finishing. Pieces in the new collection further feature ruthenium hardware, a rare platinum metal providing sleek black detailing in place of the original brass components, along with LV’s quintessential monogram design embossed onto the surface.
In addition to the above, the suitcases showcase natural cowhide leather wraps around the corners and the handle for added appeal and protection. Interior-wise, the pieces come lined with grey microfiber coupled with cotton straps to secure the luggage in place. The Monogram Titane range is offered in three models of varying sizes – 50, 55, and 60, with each piece, further boasting two side clasps and central lock closure and key. Suitcases in the Monogram Titane Luggage Collection cost $41,000, $43,500 and $46,500 (depending on the size) and are currently available for sale online and in select stores worldwide.
